THE HYDRO-GUARD HG-4 LONGNECK SUBSURFACE DISCHARGE UNIT. The HG-4 Longneck Subsurface Discharge Unit, designed for severe freezing climates, is available in 3-foot, 5-foot and 7-foot bury depths with custom lengths available. It allows you to locate the working components below the frost line. Above ground, the housing is identical to that of the Direct Discharge Unit and can be locked for security. A programming outlet is available at ground level for easy access. All mechanical components, though located below frost depth, may be easily accessed using a patented cam-lock release system.
